Canvas Mount Prints		Photo allowance cannot be used for canvas prints. Canvas mounted prints are available in 3 sizes. These are fine art quality prints, printed on real canvas and stretched on a wooden frame like an oil painting. 8x10 Canvas: $85.00 11x14 Canvas: $135.00 16x20 Canvas: $160.00

Digital Enlargements		$10 per file
Digital Enlargements : Your wedding package will include a CD with jpg files of all of your prints. These files will be sized so you can easily print your images as 4x6 prints at local photo shops. If you wish, you may use your print allowance to purchase digital files that are prepared for printing at larger sizes. The $10 per file charge provides copyright-free files that are sized for printing as 5x7, 8x10, 11x14. This is a very economical way to get multiple high quality enlargements for a select number of your images.
Custom Work - Creative & Artistic Techniques		$50 per hour - This is generally covered in the price of the package. The price quoted here is for any additional work you might want.
Photo coverage of rehearsal		$150 - if added to wedding package - pending availability

Miscellaneous Terms, Conditions, & General Information

Payment is accepted by VISA and Mastercard, personal check, cash, and Paypal.

HOW TO BOOK YOUR WEDDING DATE

Payment & Terms: A deposit of $350.00 is required to book your wedding package. Dates will not be secured without payment of deposit. There is no guarantee how long a certain date will remain open. A payment of 50% of the remaining balance is due 30 days before the date of your wedding, and the remaining balance is due prior to your wedding date.

Area of Service & Travel: For the Signature Collection, there is no travel charges within a 100 mile range (200 mile round-trip) of Monroe, Louisiana. Travel cost outside of this area is generally $175.00 depending upon my schedule. Weddings that require an overnight stay may incur additional charges. Other collections are subject to a travel charge outside of the Monroe area. You will be given an exact quote of any travel fees before you book your wedding.

Sales Tax: Prices listed on this page do not include sales tax and must be added to all purchases.

Photography Coverage: When planning the amount of coverage for your wedding, "hours of photography" begins when the first photos are taken and continues the entire time while the photographer is on site. Additional hours of coverage may be purchased with any package at the rate of $30 per half hour or $50 per hour. Five hours is generally enough time to capture everything, from the bride getting ready to the reception. But if events are more spread out, you might want to consider additional time.

Shipping: If you live in the Monroe area, you may pick-up your prints in person. If you wish to have the prints shipped, price will vary upon the size and weight of the package.

All prices are subject to change. If the price changes after you book your wedding but before your wedding date, the price will not affect your wedding. Your prices are guaranteed at the time of booking.

All of the items included in your package must be redeemed within six months of your wedding. The unused or remaining allowance will expire six months after your wedding date.

Photo CD: The CD will include all of the images from your selected collection. All of the images on the CD may be reproduced, distributed, or printed by the client without restriction and without credit or additional payment to the photographer. The photographer maintains the right to use any of the images for promotional or advertising purposes.

Printing from your Photo CD: The .JPG files on your CD are the exact same files used for your proofs. There is no guarantee that prints you make yourself will look exactly like the prints that are provided to you in your wedding package.

Comment on minimum number of wedding prints: My style of photography is such that I take a large number of photos. In most cases the bridal couple will receive more 4x6 prints than the number specified for their package. There is no additional charge for these prints. Any additional prints will also be included on your photo CD.

Wedding Albums: Quality bound wedding albums are available upon request. Please inquire for more details.
